购票有多难？How hard is it to get a ticket?

有人问我，什么时候开始买票？在奥运会开幕的时候？还是提早一个月？两个月？半年？都不是！

早在2022年奥运会就发布消息，今次巴黎奥运会采取新的售票方式，向全世界开放，引入抽签程序，给每个人提供平等获取奥运会门票的机会。预计将售出近1000万张门票。

想要亲身体验巴黎奥运会，就必须过他们的官方票务网站（tickets.paris2024.org）进行注册登记，然后等候他们抽签，抽到你才有机会购票。

在门票销售的第一阶段，注册登记时间是2022年12月1日至2023年1月31日。

在这期间，Lucy上网注册登记了。我们看起来好像很幸运，因为我女儿 Lucy 知道要这样做。

A friend asked me when do the Olympics start. I answered, “It will take place from 26 July to 11 August 2024.”

And so when do you need to start buying tickets? A month in advance? Or two months? Or half a year?

It was announced as early as the 2022 Olympic Games that the Paris 2024 Olympic Games will adopt a new ticket sales method. Unlike previous Olympic Games where tickets are distributed to each participating nation and then sold, the Paris Olympics will have a centralized platform. It will be open to the world. There will be a lottery, providing everyone with an equal opportunity to obtain Olympic tickets. Nearly 10 million tickets are expected to be sold.

If you want to experience the Paris Games in person, you have to register through their official ticketing website (tickets.paris2024.org) and then wait for the lottery to have a chance to buy tickets.

The registration period for the first stage of ticket sales is from December 1, 2022 to January 31, 2023.

During this time, my daughter Lucy registered for the lottery. We seem to be lucky because Lucy knew what we are supposed to do.
